Come gather in community to experience the healing power of sound and restorative yoga. Josh and Ally will be joining forces to bring you an evening of deep relaxing nourishment and warm heart vibrations. Give yourself a pause from all of the doing to take care of YOU. Josh will share healing sounds from percussive instruments such as Indian Tablas, handpans, and voice. Ally will guide the restorative yoga while offering reiki and essential oils. Together this restorative sound bath offering will support you in connecting to yourself, releasing stress, and feeling at ease.
